Welcome to MICRO MVMT & HEALTH CO.

We’re pleased to welcome new patients for Registered Massage Therapy, Student Massage Therapy, and Registered Clinical Counselling.

📍 Before Your Visit

• Please arrive 5 minutes early and wait for your practitioner to welcome you in.
• After hours and on weekends, doors may be locked. Your practitioner will meet you at the entrance.
• Please complete all required online forms before your appointment.
• If you are feeling unwell, please contact the clinic before arriving.
• Ryzanne is not currently accepting new patients.

💳 Securing Your Appointment

A valid credit card on file is required to secure all appointments. Your card is not automatically charged for treatment but may be used for applicable late cancellation or missed appointment fees.

🧾 Direct Billing

Direct billing is available as a courtesy for many major insurance providers. Coverage is not guaranteed, and any amount not covered by your insurer remains your responsibility.

If direct billing is unavailable or unsuccessful, payment is required and an electronic receipt will be provided for private submission.

Direct billing is not available for WorkSafeBC or Student Massage Therapy.

🚗 ICBC

ICBC appointments are available on a limited basis and cannot be booked online. Please contact the clinic directly for availability. Patient fees may apply.

⏰ Cancellations

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the applicable appointment fee.

💳 Payment

We accept debit, credit, and e-transfer. Cash is not accepted.
